Yes, you can make a change to your order if we have not shipped your item(s). Please email infor@lparetail.com and include the following information:

Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days once the returned item(s) has been received and accepted.
Returns
Yes, you are able to make a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Buyers are responsible for shipping charges, but will receive a refund on the purchased item(s).

Within 2 business days, LPA will contact you with an email for the return approval. Please print the email confirming the return approval and place in the box when returning items. The return address will be included in your email confirmation.
Shipping
During our business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5:15PM CST), your item(s) will be shipped the same day or next business day of placing your order. Same day shipping is guaranteed if you place your order before 3PM CST Monday through Friday. All of our items are available for immediate shipping.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email from UPS with your order’s tracking information.

We are located in Burnsville, Minnesota.
No, we are currently shipping only within the United States.
You will be able to see shipping rates at the checkout page. The address you type in will factor in to your shipping cost.
